11-11-11 Motorcycle Safety & Awareness Event, San Antonio

Check-in Begins 10am, Nov. 11, 2011 at The Motorcycle School, 4918 Fredericksburg Road. Ride departs at 11:11am.

Free t-shirt to the first 300 riders.

All news media are invited to meet riders at the event staging location. The ride will then follow a route through San Antonio during which TxDOT TransGuide signs will display the message:

Look Twice for Motorcycles
Share the Road

Accident Scene Management Inc. (ASMI) offers classes to teach riders how to assist victims in the event of a crash.

What: ASMI booth at the Highland Mall Safety Fair

When: Saturday, August 6, 11am – 3pm

Where: Highland Mall, Austin (see map below)

From their website:

ASMI’s goal is to reduce injuries and fatalities to motorcyclists through proper First Response Education. You will be introduced to P.A.C.T. and the ABCSS of Trauma.
